How The Week Works
Pre-Week: Your Homework
You complete the intake questionnaire, gather your photos, headshot, and brand assets, and we have our 60-minute discovery call. This all happens before your build week starts. The week doesn’t begin until your homework is done — that’s what makes the speed possible.
Monday: Kickoff + Build Begins
45-minute kickoff call to confirm direction. I begin wireframing, designing, and writing your first-draft copy.
Tuesday–Wednesday: Design & Development
Your site takes shape. Custom design, WordPress build, compliance setup, booking integration, accessibility — all happening in parallel.
Thursday: Your Review Day
You receive a staging link to review your site. One consolidated round of feedback, and I implement revisions same-day. Feedback is due by 12pm PT.
Friday: Launch Day
Final polish, QA testing, go live. I record your custom training video and hand everything over.
